I am a leading expert of medical-legal and chemical dependency evaluation and treatment. My evaluations are very helpful to direct the patient to an appropriate treatment center and to recommend the best level of care. I am committed to providing objective quality substance abuse evaluations in high-conflict custody cases. I utilize proven, evidenced based clinical and psychoeducational evaluation approaches within a caring and confidential environment.
A comprehensive psychological evaluation is a process of gathering information using specific standardized tests, interviews, review of records, and consultation with other professionals to arrive at therapy and treatment recommendations; and referral suggestions tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual. A forensic psychologist provides sentencing recommendations, treatment recommendations and any other information the judge requests, such as information regarding mitigating factors, assessment of future risk and evaluation of witness credibility. I have extensive experience in working with attorneys who specialize in a wide variety of the law including: Family Law, Workers’ Compensation, Disability, Criminal Law, Immigration Law and Personal Injury.
